We were already leaning towards Aquaterra (yes… the view is "unmissable" 😅), but before making a final decision we did what matters in real life: evaluate what the daily routine would be like. ✅ Supermarket nearby? ✅ Good gym? ✅ Infrastructure, delivery, access? ✅ Actual distance to the corporate area?
