When his father emigrated, his grandfather, Abu Quhafa, tried to demoralize him by telling him that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) had taken all his wealth. However, Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) cleverly reassured him by making it appear that there was money in the house. Her Marriage to Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with her) and Her Life of Patience Asma bint Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) married Zubayr ibn al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him), one of the brave and warrior companions. They lived a poor life and patiently endured many hardships. She personally took care of the household chores and animals, setting an example with her determination.
