Can you ride a 20" bike on trails? - Velo Orange Neutrino Mini-Velo

Pat built up a sweet Neutrino Mini-Velo that he named Princess. He primarily uses it to run packages for our online store to the post office but he thought some nobby tires would be fun on it.
