According to Botafogo's understanding, Eagle Football allegedly breached contractual obligations by supposedly simulating one of the installments of the financial contribution established between the parties. Based on this interpretation, the social club believes that the conditions are present to exercise the right foreseen in the agreement and alter the control structure of the SAF. The case is expected to continue being discussed in legal and corporate spheres. Meanwhile, the football department continues working to get the squad ready for the resumption of competitions. According to Canal do Anderson Motta, goalkeeper Warleson and defender Lucas Monzón are already participating normally in activities at the Lonier Training Center, even before being officially announced.
