NORTH NORFOLK MORRIS MINOR RUN 5th Oct 2025 part 1

Every year the North Norfolk Morris Minor Owners Club, hold an end of season run. It is named after one of the original members, a farmer who loved food and entertaining friends. Gerald used to organise the run and it would end with a slap up meal at his farm. To honour this fantastic member the club maintains a run named after him, which has to involve a good meal. This year two members from the neighbouring county of Lincolnshire Dale and Gavin organised the run. Gavin being a historian, with a passion for the industrial revolution, used his knowledge for the run and it was based on a railway theme as 2025 marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of modern railways, with the Stockton and Darlington opening on 27th September 1825.
