คาราเมลซอสตัวนี้ จะมีความเข้มข้น เพราะมีวิปครีม และเนย ค่อนข้างเยอะ มาดูส่วนผสมนะครับ ส่วนผสม -น้ำตาลทราย 200 กรัม -เนยจืด 80 กรัม -วิปปิ้งครีม 240 กรัม *อุ่น หรือ อุณภูมิห้อง -วนิลาสกัด 1 ช้อนชา -เกลือ เล็กน้อย วิธีทำ 1.ตั้งหม้อ ใส่น้ำตาลลงไป แล้วเปิดไฟกลาง ให้น้ำตาลละลายจนหมด 2.เบาไฟ ใส่เนยจืดลงไป แล้วคนให้เนยละลายเข้ากับน้ำตาล 3.ยกลงจากความร้อน แล้วค่อยๆใส่วิปครีมลงไป คนให้ครีมเข้ากันส่วนผสมจนเนียน 4.นำขึ้นตั้งไฟอีกครั้ง คนให้ส่วนผสมหนืดขึ้นตามต้องการ 5.พักใส่ภาชนะ ให้เย็นก่อน แล้วนำแช่ตู้เย็น เก็บได้ 3-4 อาทิตย์ครับ^^ ช่องทางพูดคุย   / artbake.gatto   ขอบคุณครับ #AB #Artbake #GattoBread #Bread #ขนมปัง #สูตรขนมปัง #วิธีทำขนมปัง ingredient 200 g of sugar 80 g unsalted butter Whipping cream 240 g * warm or room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract a pinch of salt How to do it 1.
