SECOND ALFALFA HARVEST ON THE $20,000,000 MEGA BEEF FARM! | Reading, MN | Farming Simulator 25 #39

Today we officially kick off our second Alfalfa silage harvest of Year 2 as we work to keep our 3,000 beef cattle fully supplied with feed! Before heading out to the field, we finish emptying our second silage bunker and deliver the remaining silage to our feedlot so all three cattle pens are stocked up before we begin harvesting more. After that it's time to make a few equipment upgrades! We trade in one of our older tractors for a brand new New Holland TG305 and also purchase a K9 silage blade for our New Holland 9884 to help us push and compact millions of liters of chaff inside our silage bunkers. With the upgrades complete, our entire harvesting fleet heads out to the field! Two John Deere 9700 forage harvesters, 7 silage hauling tractors, and our Challenger swathers get back to work harvesting over 60 acres of Alfalfa as we begin filling our first silage bunker for the second cut of the year. If everything goes according to plan, we'll have this bunker completely filled, compacted, and covered very soon so it can begin fermenting into silage for our growing beef operation.
