On Friday, I enjoyed visiting art galleries with my friend, who is knowledgeable about art, so I felt like I was with a curator. I’d been thinking about what I should do after my retirement, and I remembered my dream to go to study abroad since I was a Junior High School student. So, without much planning, I held my breath and I took the plunge and came to NYC in 2017 with two suitcases. Time is flying! Thanks. 日本でリタイア後、ニューヨークに渡り 5年語学学校に通い 2022年コミニティーカレッジへ編入しました。 2017年スーツケース２個抱えてNYへ。 一年の滞在のつもりがこれ程長くなるとは思っていませんでした。 日本での仕事に追われる日々の中 リタイアの数年前から さてさてリタイア後はどうしようかと考えていた時、 東北大震災を経験しました。 その経験は私の人生観を変え ”明日が必ず来るとは限らない！”と切実に思いました。 残りの人生　悔いのない人生にしたいと そして、若い頃の夢”語学留学”を実現しました。 あと先考えずにNYを目指した私。 何故NYを選んだのか・・ NYが私を呼んでいた・・かな？ 人生初の一人暮らしがNY。 人生何とかなるもので、 独りでも楽しく暮らせる事をNYでの生活で学びました。 そんな、何気ない生活をupしています。 NYの街並みとベテラン主婦とは思えない超簡単なcookingを この動画で楽しんで頂けたら嬉しいです💖 Aki
