Hard Water - GCSE AQA Chemistry

In this video we discuss hard water. This does not mean the water is physically hard to touch, but rather chemically it is hard for us to get it to act in the way we would like. This includes not forming lather when soap is added and producing limescale. In this video we discuss why this is the case, the differences between hard and soft water and some example equations.
