TRAINING ON BUSINESS, DIGITAL SKILLS AND AI TOOLS FOR IDP WOMEN WITH DISABILITY IN BUEA , SWR CMR

Workshop was done at DAREM ORG,- great soppo Buea Cameroon on Saturday 09 May 2026 and focused on providing Internally Dislaced Women with Disability with in-demand digital knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as graphic design using Canva, digital content creation, social media management, entrepreneurship, and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for productivity and business growth. Participants were introduced to modern AI-powered tools that can simplify work processes, enhance creativity, and create new income-generating opportunities in today’s digital economy. To further promote entrepreneurship and economic independence, participants were also provided with startup capital of 50,000 FCFA each to help them launch or expand small businesses using the digital skills they acquired. This financial support serves as a stepping stone for participants to create sustainable livelihoods and improve their economic conditions. Through this initiative, Amaan Africa in partnership with SpartAID continues to demonstrate its commitment to women empowerment, disability inclusion, digital transformation, and economic resilience, ensuring that no woman is left behind in the rapidly evolving digital world. This program aligns with broader efforts across Cameroon to improve digital inclusion and livelihood opportunities for displaced women and vulnerable communities.
