We’re always proud to welcome Tab Benoit back to Telluride. Renowned for his incredible guitar playing (he makes that Telecaster sing!), his bluesy, passionate singing, terrific songwriting, and for his environmental activism, Tab Benoit is a musician’s musician. He’s an adept and respected collaborator and has played with a who’s who of New Orleans musicians – Anders Osborne, Johnny Sansone, Big Chief Monk Boudreaux, and Cyril Neville to name just a few. In response to the environmental degradation of the crucial wetlands ecosystem that buffers the Louisiana coastline, Tab founded Voice of the Wetlands, both a musical group and an activist organization that raises funds and awareness.
