EP 12 : Tromsø Gave Us the PERFECT Farewell | Arctic Cathedral, Halloween & Northern Lights 🇳🇴

Our final day of the weeklong trip was spent in Tromsø and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences of this entire Nordic trip 💚 The day began with a cozy rainy morning at Moxy Tromsø, surrounded by dark Arctic skies, drizzles, warm breakfast, enjoying view of flights taking off beside the hotel, and a surprisingly spooky Halloween vibe after our hotel room TV mysteriously kept switching on through the night 👻🎃 From there, we explored beautiful Tromsø — driving through the undersea tunnel connecting the island and mainland, learning why this city is called the “Paris of the North,” and visiting the iconic Arctic Cathedral with its stunning Arctic-inspired architecture. We walked along the harbor, explored the famous Storgata, shopped for souvenirs, discovered Sami-inspired stores, saw the legendary Raketten Bar & Pølse, and experienced the cozy Arctic city atmosphere during Halloween. The evening became even more magical… For the FIRST time during this trip, the Northern Lights showed up so bright and clear that I could capture them directly on my phone without any edits. And just when we thought the night was over, our hotel turned into a full Halloween celebration with pumpkin carving, masks, live music, singing performances, and an unforgettable festive atmosphere.
