She currently serves as Director of Workforce Development at Santa Fe Community College, where she leads state and federally funded programs designed to help adults persist, complete, and succeed in education and career pathways. Through her teaching and research, Dr. Anair empowers adult learners to build confidence, develop effective learning strategies, and navigate academic and professional assessments successfully.
