EU Commission Responds to Notice | Migration & Asylum Pact Constitutional Update

In this update, I discuss the European Commission's response to my constitutional notice regarding the EU Migration & Asylum Pact. Following their response, I have submitted a further request asking them to clarify on what constitutional or legal basis they consider themselves to be proceeding, given the issues I have raised. I have also informed a number of European institutions and Irish Government bodies of the current position and the constitutional questions arising from these proceedings. This video also includes a brief update on my ongoing Supreme Court case and where the related proceedings currently stand.
