An island of an island that houses a mixture of rich yet fading fishing culture combined with unique and incredibly designed modern architecture from the Saunders group. While I visited Fogo island knowing these structures were destinations to see, I was pleasantly surprised with how much more there was to the island. It turns out that the most beautiful experience I encountered was with the people, not the architecture. This video has a bit of everything and I hope it does a good job highlighting the experience of a lovely little piece of the world.
