This is not a thought about oneself, but the very fact of existence—before thoughts, before emotions, before roles. Most people never notice this foundation: they are preoccupied with the content and miss what it all rests on. Yet it is from here that the ability to create reality changes—because the mind reproduces the past in a loop, while presence reveals something truly new. The video features three entrances to this state (through a question, through a pause between thoughts, through the body) and a 21-day challenge with three short practices per day: morning, afternoon, evening. We explore what happens each day and why 21 days develop not the attainment of the state, but the skill of returning to it.
