When Drama Tries to Steal Your Peace | Bible Study with Me

In today’s short Bible study, we’re opening John 4:1–3 and looking at what happens right before Jesus meets the woman at the well. Before He gets to Jacob’s well in Samaria, Jesus hears that the Pharisees are starting to talk. There’s room for comparison, competition, rumors, and distraction. But Jesus doesn’t take the bait. He leaves Judea and keeps moving toward the divine appointment ahead. And honestly, we need that reminder. This Bible study is for the moments when drama feels tempting, when you want to jump in, explain yourself, prove yourself, defend yourself, or give your energy to something that may not deserve your peace. Jesus shows us that not every battle is ours to fight. Sometimes walking away is what keeps us available for what God actually has next. If you need encouragement to protect your peace, ask God for wisdom, and stay focused on what Jesus is calling you to do today, this one is for you.
