After crossing the bridge over the river and walking along the Vez ecovia boardwalk towards the chapel of Senhor dos Aflitos, we return to Sistelo via stone paths shaped by traditional oxcarts. Rules: • Do not leave the marked and signposted route. • Pay attention to the markings. • Avoid making noise. • Respect private property. • Close gates and barriers. • Do not leave trash behind; take it to the designated collection point. • Do not disturb the animals. Be careful with livestock. • Do not collect plants, animals, or stones. Leave nature intact. • Only make fires in designated areas. • Avoid hiking alone in the mountains. • Exercise extreme caution on foggy days. • Always wear hiking boots, a raincoat, and a hat.
