The scam begins with a fraudulent email claiming your account was accessed from a foreign location, such as Warsaw, Poland. Once the scammers get you on the phone, they walk you through a series of technical steps designed to sound professional and urgent. They mention things like insurance reports, whitelisting devices, and level four security escalations to build a false sense of trust. Their ultimate goal is to convince you that your funds are at risk of wallet poisoning and must be moved to a self-custody wallet like Safe Pal. Watch as I navigate their high-pressure environment, from the initial support agent to the fake security team. You will see how they try to force a stock sale, convert the balance into Dogecoin, and eventually attempt to take control of the crypto wallet using a pre-generated seed phrase.
