Peaches provide a natural sweetness, and it tastes even better with a little maple syrup or honey. Perfect for a quick breakfast, a light snack or with coffee. 100 g (3.5 oz) of rolled oats. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 2 eggs 1/2 tsp salt 200 ml (6.8 oz) yogurt 250 g (8.8 oz) peaches 1 tsp orange zest 1 tsp vanilla 30 g (1.1 oz) butter 30 g (1.1 oz) maple syrup or honey The peaches provide most of the sweetness. Bake in an 18 cm tin. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F). 200 g (7.1 oz) cottage cheese 70 ml (2.4 oz) cream 1 tsp vanilla. 30 g (1.1 oz) almonds as a topping for flavor.
