52 Minute Low Impact Aerobic Low Intensity Workout | Beginner Baby Boomers Seniors Friendly

This is a a 52 minute low impact low intensity aerobic workout. If you are a beginner, baby boomer senior or in between this will help you burn off some of that COV19 and holiday fat. The exercise moves are easy to learn and do, yet challenging to get your heart rate up, fat burning and get some steps in. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising. #lowimpactexercise #seniorfitness #lowimpactaerobics #zumba #zumbagold #cardioworkout #holidayworkout It is recommended to do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day and to do strength training at least one day a week but two days a week would be better, with at least 48 hours of rest in between each strength training session.
