How to Repaint Your Wheels (ANY COLOUR)

This tutorial is mainly focusing on steel wheels are the rusting, however if you are working with alloy wheels, it will be a bit easier as there will not be any rust and the aluminum is a softer substrate than steel, meaning the prep should be easier.
