Beautiful Kindergarten Built in Ivanyan

(Armenian-language video. For the English version, visit    • Beautiful Kindergarten Built in Ivanyan  ). The village of Ivanyan, in the Askeran Region of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic), is a community of refugees from the Azerbaijani cities of Sumgayit, Baku, and Kirovapat, and a number of immigrants from Central Asia and Kazakhstan. Although Ivanyan is a growing village, it has not had a proper kindergarten since its liberation from Azerbaijan in 1992. The issue was resolved in 2015, when the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund built a state-of-the-art kindergarten in the community, with the financial support of the fund’s Toronto affiliate and additional assistance from the government of Artsakh.
