Leading thru interval in Stittsville

Featuring an Eastbound fully-protected left, and a Westbound leading through interval for the MUP crossing at the North leg of the intersection. There's no Southbound LPI, but there's also no South sidewalk on that side of Fernbank Road, so there probably isn't that much pedestrian activity anyways.
