I continue my cycling journey along La Vélodyssée, on the last day before heading inland toward Saintes to reach the Canal des Deux Mers. Crossing landscapes and regions by touring bike—from Pornic to Nice, via Rochefort, Saintes, the Canal de Garonne, Toulouse, the Canal du Midi, and the Alpilles—and discovering that this route between two seas is also an inner journey.
