Hacker, Payday 2's most poorly designed perk deck

Something different then what I made before. This is my first real attempt at making something im proud of. Next video should not be over a month away. Important note At some point in the video I go "there is nothing you can do about it" in relation to good players never failing a heist. This does not make any sense as it was left in from an earlier draft which had much different focuses then the final one. This is my bad as I did not mean for that to be left in.
