How to wire a simple model railroad, using the Scenic Ridge layout as an example. How to solder.

In this video I will show you how to wire your simple model railroad (one without reversing loops). First I show you how to solder wire leads to your track using two methods: --soldering wires to rail joiners to hide the feeder wires --solder wires directly to the rails Then I will show you two methods for attaching the feeders to your power supply: --using multiple wire pairs joined together at a junction block --using large buss wires running around your layout with multiple feeders soldered to the buss wires (good for larger layouts) For all cases I will use the layout drawing for the Scenic Ridge layout (kit available from Woodland Scenic) to illustrate the examples.
