18 days since the derailment of cars on a Norfolk Southern train on Sat. Aug. 16 near the Harrisburg Transportation Center Amtrak station.... (These are cement cars and an empty tank car used to carry sodium hydroxide) Workers with Staiman Recycling in Williamsport use cutting torches to break apart a hopper into pieces which are then loaded onto a dump trailer for hauling to a recycling facility. At 7:21 an intermodal train with horn passes by heading east. At 10:34 an intermodal train with horn passes by heading west. At 21:31, the scrap is loaded into the dump trailer.
