You should try to develop a reliable, consistent and preferably a straight cue action to enable you to pot balls consistently. Your aim starts with the butt end of the cue and your technique to deliver it must be repeated time after time after time. Some people claim you only need to learn the game and that technique is not so important. I disagree!
