Buying A Used DirtBike From Facebook MarketPlace (I ALMOST GOT SCAMMED!)

Currently im on the search for my new dirt bike and have been searching for one on Facebook Marketplace since I sold mine but here in the video as you can see we may have found my new bike.... if you watched the full video you'll see things didn't go as I would have hoped as the bike seem to have some bogging type of issue.
