Is this why my Mercedes 220E keeps cutting out?

Slowly but surely working my way through my Mercedes 220CE W124 wiring issues. The biodegradable wiring is giving me a lot of gip. I think I've narrowed the issue down to a certain piece of wiring that is shorting out. Now all I have to do is work out how to replace it all.
