The Newport Dock Disaster

There were many heroes that day among the rescuers... one in particular caught the public's attention - Tom Toya Lewis, a newspaper boy whose father was a stevedore on the docks. This short but detailed film draws on original documents and includes unique photos supplied by Associated British Ports, Newport, as well ones from private collections.
