It's vibrantly colorful and perfect for Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) or other celebratory meals. You can make it without any special ingredients, so I hope you'll enjoy it at home. It's gorgeously colorful and perfect for Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival) or other celebratory meals. You can make it without any special ingredients, so I hope you'll enjoy it at home. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (Serves 4-5) ◯Sushi Rice ・2 cups of rice ・3 tablespoons of vinegar ・2 tablespoons of sugar ・1 teaspoon of salt ・5 shiso leaves ・40g of sweet and sour ginger ・2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds ◯Omelette ・2 eggs ・1.5 tablespoons of water ・1/2 teaspoon of sugar ・A pinch of salt ・Salad oil, to taste ◯Other Ingredients ・Salmon sashimi As needed Tuna sashimi (as needed) Salmon roe (as needed) Steamed shrimp (as needed) Crab sticks (as needed) Cucumber (as needed) Sakura denbu (cherry blossom denbu) ■ Directions 1. Make the sushi rice. Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar. 2. Shred the shiso leaves and finely chop the sweet and sour ginger. 3. Add the rice from step 1 to the rice and mix quickly, then add the sweet and sour ginger and toasted sesame seeds and mix. Let cool. 4. Make the omelet. Beat the eggs, add the sugar, salt, and water, and mix well. 5. Add oil to a frying pan, roll the eggs in the mixture until the liquid is gone, wrap in paper towels, and let cool. 6. Dice the cucumber into 1cm cubes, cut the crab sticks and steamed shrimp into 1cm widths, and cut the salmon, tuna, and omelet into bite-sized pieces. 7. Sprinkle shiso leaves over the sushi rice, top with the ingredients, and it's done. ■ingredients ・2 cups Rice ・3 tbsp Vinegar ・2 tbsp Sugar ・1 tsp Salt ・5 Shiso leaves ・40g Sweet and sour ginger ・2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds ・2 Eggs ・1.5 tbsp Water ・1/2 tsp Sugar ・Pinch of Salt ・Vegetable oil ・Salmon sashimi ・Tuna sashimi ・Salmon roe ・Steamed shrimp ・Crab sticks ・Cucumber ・Sakura denbu ■Instructions 1. Make the sushi rice. Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar. 2. Shred the shiso leaves and finely chop the sweet and sour ginger. 3. Add step 1 to the rice and mix quickly, then add the sweet and sour ginger and toasted sesame seeds, mix, and let cool. 4. Make the omelet. Beat the eggs, add sugar, salt, and water, and mix well. 5. Add oil to a frying pan, roll the eggs in the mixture until the egg mixture is gone, wrap in paper towels, and let cool. 6. Cut the cucumber into 1cm cubes, cut the crab sticks and steamed shrimp into 1cm widths, and cut the salmon, tuna, and omelet to bite-sized pieces. 7.
