As our Australian road trip continues, it’s time to leave our gorgeous park up at The Entrance, in New South Wales, to head further up North towards a region known very well for its wines… oh yes… it’s none other than Hunter Valley! After a lovely drive up, we prepared ourselves for a LOT of wine, but man, we somehow still were under-prepared!
