Lieutenant General of Police Oleg Baranov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, briefed the personnel on the Decree of the President of Russia on personnel changes within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Major General of Police Anatoly Stepanovich Feshchuk has been appointed Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Western Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow. Police Colonel Anton Stanislavovich Romeiko-Gurko has been appointed Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Northwestern Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow. Police Colonel Shamil Mansurovich Sibanov has been appointed Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Moscow Metro of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow. Oleg Baranov congratulated the newly appointed leaders and outlined their main tasks and goals. Following this, the Head of the Main Directorate presented them with their service identification cards and wished them success in their operational and service activities.
