Strawberry Sago't Gulaman Samalamig I Jelly Drink I Tapioca Jelly Drink Ingredient JELLY MIXTURE 1 pack (25g) Strawberry Gelatin Powder 1/2 cup Sugar 5 cup Water CREAMY MIXTURE 1 can (370ml) Evaporated Milk 1 can (300ml) Condensed Milk 1 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream 1/2 Tbsp Strawberry Powdered Juice 1 cup Water SAGO /TAPIOCA PEARL 6 cup Water 3/4 cup Sago (Tapioca Pearl) PROCEDURE 1. TAPIOCA PEARL (SAGO). Boil 6 cup of water in a pot. Add sago(tapioca pearl), stir to avoid it sticking together. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat when only a few of the sago has white in the center. Cover and let the remaining heat fully cook the sago. Leave for about 20 minutes. Then drain and wash the sago over tap water. Soak cooked sago in water so it won't stick together. Seat aside. 2. STRAWBERRY JELLY. In a pot combine strawberry gelatin powder, water and sugar . Stir to dissolve. Turn on flame and cook over medium heat until it boils. Pour jelly mixture into a heat proof mould. Let it cool to set. Cut into cubes. Set aside. 3. ASSEMBLE. In a bowl combine water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream and strawberry powdered juice. Mix well. Add cooked sago (tapioca pearl) and jelly cubes. Mix well. Store in a container or cups. Chill in the ref before serving. Enjoy!
