Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes 8 g of salt 8 g vegetable spice ie vegetable stock a little pepper a little oil 250 ml of cooking cream 125 ml of milk 200 g mozzarella or other cheese Preparation Prepare 1 kg of potatoes, peel them and put in cold water. Cut the potatoes into thin rings and return to cold water. When you have cut all the potatoes, wash them and add 8 g of salt and 8 g of vegetable spices. I use vegeta (homemade) which is a vegetable stock that contains 50% salt and 50% dry vegetables and spices. Add a little pepper. Mix the potatoes with the spices. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200 °C for about 35 minutes, depending on the strength of the oven.
