Vande Mataram Dance Drama | Composed by Sri Aurobindo

The students of The Future Foundation School (TFFS) presented a Dance Drama “Vande Mataram” an adaptation from Sri Aurobindo’s translation of Bankim Chandra’s ‘Bande Mataram’. The programme was held on 24 June 2026 at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture, Kolkata. The performance was held in the presence of the Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal, Shri R. N. Ravi, during his visit to the Institute on the sacred occasion of the inauguration of the Golden Jubilee of the Installation of Sri Aurobindo's Relics at Lakshmi's House, where they were originally installed on 24 June 1977. Through music, dance, and dramatic expression, the students paid a heartfelt tribute to Sri Aurobindo's vision of nationalism, spirituality, and cultural awakening, as embodied in the immortal song Vande Mataram.
