Next to being a versatile process, as our washing equipment is used for several products like potatoes, cassava, carrots, beets and even seaweed, it’s capacity range is also impressive as we delivered complete washing lines for potatoes from 10 tonnes per hour to a mind blowing 700! tonnes per hour. The many years of experience show a washing system that is designed for excellent cleaning with gentle product handling and a minimal use of water. A complete line is equipped with several components which each manage its own processes like washing, destoning and removing floating parts. This particular line prepares the product for either the following French fry line or the Flake line, depended on the quality of the potato. This way 100% of input is used to be processed into end product. The line shown is built in Belgium.
