174 OPTOCOUPLER FAILURE SOLUTION PANNE ALIMENTATION SAMSUNG SUITE.
I traced the problem back to the source: the lack of voltage on the transistors. I eventually found an uncontrolled transistor. I took measurements and confirmed that the control circuitry was missing. It's an octacoupler that transmits the control signal to the transistor. The control signal is absent.
