I was an elder and Regular Pioneer - Now I think most JW are cowards

I Was an Elder and Regular Pioneer. Now I Think They Are Cowards. I never imagined I would say those words. For years, I served as both a Jehovah's Witness elder and a regular pioneer. I gave talks, shepherded families, sat in elders' meetings, and spent countless hours in the ministry. I sincerely believed I was serving God and helping people. Then I started asking questions. What I found wasn't what I expected. In this video, I explain why I believe many men in positions of authority stay silent even when they know something is wrong. It isn't because they're all evil. In many cases, it's because speaking up can cost them their reputation, their privileges, their friends, and even their families. To me, that is the definition of cowardice. This isn't a message of hate. It's a challenge to choose truth over comfort, integrity over status, and courage over fear. Whether you agree with me or not, I hope you'll watch with an open mind. If you've had a similar experience, I'd love to hear your story in the comments.
