On the same day - a Delhi Court acquitted 10 people in connection with the Delhi Riots Case. Also most of the high profile arrests in the Bhima Koregao case are on bail. Why has the Modi govt failed to start trial - even in the most high profile of cases? Why is Umar Khalid in jail despite Govt having 4 YEARS to start a trial?
