🛡He was one of those whom we proudly call the first shield of Ukraine – a border guard, whose young life was cut short by an enemy drone. 📄Tertchyny Artur Mykolayovych (born 01/17/2001) – was born in the village of Buzivka. After graduating from the ninth grade of the local school, he entered the Zhashkivskyi Agrarian and Technological Professional Lyceum, where he graduated as a gas-electric welder. He worked at the Kanyukivske PSP, at the service station in Buzivka. At the age of twenty, Artur was called up for military service. It was there that the war caught up with him. Since childhood, he had dreamed of being a border guard, so he did not betray his dream and military duty – he consciously signed a contract and continued his service in the border detachment of the city of Reni, became a pilot of FPV drones – one of those warriors who daily look death in the eye for the lives of others. He rose to the rank of sergeant. He performed combat missions as a border guard inspector of the 1st category - head of the fifth group of anti-aircraft and fighter unmanned aircraft complexes of the border guard post of anti-aircraft and fighter unmanned aircraft complexes of the border guard department (type C) of the 17th border detachment of the State Border Guard of Ukraine. He proved himself on the positive side, was responsible, disciplined, and hardy. 🎖For courage, dedication, and conscientious service, Artur was awarded the Golden Cross badge and the badge "For Courage in Guarding the State Border". But his highest award was the respect of his comrades, the love of his relatives, and the gratitude of the Ukrainian people. ▪️The combat path brought Artur to the Donetsk region. There, in the Kramatorsk district, near the settlement of Druzhkivka, while performing military duty, his life was cut short by an enemy drone. June 19, 2026 will forever remain the blackest day for his family and fiancée. 🪽On June 25, the Hero-Countryman drove for the last time along the flower-strewn road through the streets of his native village, which it seems not so long ago he had been walking along, and visited his parents' house for the last time, where they always awaited him with love, warmth, and prayer. June 25 was the last time for Artur… ⚫️The brave border guard was buried with all due honors at the village cemetery, where the head of the Zhashkiv MTG, Ihor Tsybrovsky, together with the community, expressed words of support, sympathy, and gratitude to the family. The grief of his loved ones is shared by the deputy corps, the executive committee, the executive committee staff, and structural divisions of the Zhashkiv City Council. 🙏A low bow to the brave Warrior in a green beret. 🕯Eternal memory, glory and honor!
