Seven Years for a DLC?! The story of the Mario Kart 8 Booster Course Pass
The Witcher 3 is getting a DLC 12 years after it came out, something truly rare considering it is a singleplayer game. Many are the games that recieved DLC even after a decade, but these are games design with expansions in mind, with a clear structure often linked to multiplayer experiences. The Witcher is the odd one out, but it is not the sole example I can think of. As you probably have guessed by the title of the video, Mario Kart 8 also has a similar tile, with an unexpected expansion, named the booster course pass, announced and released eight years after the release of the original game. A DLC out of the blue, one that did not live up to expectations. I hope you enjoy the video! :) Instagram account: / yt_bluefox098 0:00 - Intro 1:15 - Discussion 9:20 - Epilogue #gaming #nintendo #mariokart
