The Rocky Gate route is a serious challenge not only for crossovers but also for SUVs. That's why I was interested in how the best-selling sedan in Kazakhstan, the Chevrolet Cobalt, handles it. Given the specifics of the route, I made some modifications to the Cobalt: 1. Lift with spacers 2. 15x8 ET22 wheels 3. 205/70/17 Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure tires 4. Heavy-duty bumper from Junk Garage As a result, the Chevrolet Cobalt now has 21 cm of ground clearance under the engine guard and 24 cm under the B-pillar. I wanted to install a locking system, but there aren't any for the automatic transmission. Only Cobalts with manual transmissions have one.
