Small video correction: In the lorebook "there be dragons" it is stated that more than just one dragon made pacts with Tiber Septim for their protection (and as such that Nahfahlaar did so as well), and some out of game sources (dev posts) suggests that even after Nahfahlaar the Empire had some dragons.
