Rich, creamy aur buttery Paneer Makhani ghar par bilkul restaurant style! Ek baar try karoge to baar-baar banaoge. 😍 📝 Ingredients List Main: • Paneer - 400 grams, cut into cubes • Onion - 3 medium sized, sliced • Tomato - 2 medium sized, chopped • Ginger - 1 small piece cut into very small pieces + little bit crushed • Garlic - 10 to 15 cloves • Whipped Cream - Half cup Whole Spices: • Cinnamon - 2 pieces + 2 small pieces • Cloves - 2 pieces • Green Cardamom - 2 pieces • Dry Red Chili - 2 whole • Cashews - 10 to 15 pieces • Cumin Seeds - whole Powdered Spices & Others: • Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp • Salt - 1 tablespoon • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp • Ghee - 2 tablespoons + 2 tbsp • Butter - 1 tablespoon + little bit for finishing • Honey - 2 tbsp • Kasuri Methi - 1 tbsp • Water - as needed -------------------- 👩🍳 Step by Step Method Step 1: Shallow Fry Paneer 1. Heat a tawa and add 1 tablespoon butter. Spread it evenly. 2. Add little whole cumin seeds and crushed ginger. Mix well on the tawa. 3. Add paneer cubes and shallow fry lightly until golden. Remove and keep aside. Step 2: Prepare Masala Base 4. In a kadhai, add 2 tablespoons ghee. 5. Add whole garam masala - cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, dry red chili. Saute it. 6. Add cut ginger and garlic. Saute till the raw smell goes away. 7. Add sliced onions and cook until they turn light pink. 8. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. 9. Add 10 to 15 cashews. Mix everything properly and cook. Step 3: Add Powdered Spices & Make Paste 10. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. 11. Mix well, sprinkle little water and keep stirring. 12. Cover and cook until the onion-tomato masala becomes soft and well fried. 13. Turn off flame, let it cool slightly. Transfer to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste. Add little water if needed. Step 4: Final Gravy with Garnish 14. In the same kadhai, add 2 tablespoons ghee + 1 tablespoon butter. 15. Add the smooth masala paste and cook on medium flame while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. 16. Cover and let it cook for some time. 17. Add 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon kasuri methi. 18. Add half cup whipped cream and mix thoroughly. Cook for 1 minute. 19. Add water as needed for gravy consistency. Let it come to a gentle boil. 20. Add the shallow fried paneer. Stir gently and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. 21. Finally, add little butter on top. Garnish with a swirl of cream and some kasuri methi. Turn off flame.
