WCW Slamboree 1993 Review

A very middle of the road PPV that would've been bad had it not been for the last three matches on the show. This was dedicated to wresling legends of the past which is a nice idea, but then they bring on these legends matches which, while one of them was pretty decent, all three of them weren't looking into. The undercard in general was pretty weak (especially Sting vs. The Prisoner (AKA WWF's Nailz)), but, as mentioned, the last three matches (the only title bouts on the card) saved this show. If your curious as for the quotation marks over Shane Douglas, its because Shane left WCW shortly before this PPV, so Z-Man replaced him under the Dos Hombres mask. The main event was a really good hard-hitting big man match (The strength of Davey Boy Smith in this match was outstanding) until the weak DQ finish. Still, if you're looking for the enjoyable parts of this PPV, just watch the last hour of it. The rest (including the part of Paul Roma (of all people) joining the Four Horsemen) isn't worth going of your to look at. Hope you enjoyed the video. Make sure you like and subscribe if you want to see more. Have a good day!
