Scratch Tutorial: Counting Game Pt. 2

In this #Scratch #tutorial: Counting #Game Pt. 2, we teach you how to create a game in Scratch that challenges your students to learn how to count. But this time we add a couple of features that make the game a lot more interesting. This is the second part of our tutorial, and it remains a really fun way to introduce students into learning how to count. In this tutorial, you'll take what you learned from the first Scratch counting tutorial and make it even better. We introduce a few new variables that is going to make the game run smoother. Now, the number card that are presented to the player will never be duplicated. You'll always get a unique card, so you can make sure that there's always only one correct answer when playing the Scratch counting game. And, like in the previous tutorial when the number on the card matches with the quantity of the sprites on the screen, you'll hear a congratulatory tone. We walk you through the code and the steps that were used to create the game. This tutorial is perfect for people wanting to get started with learning how to code or for teachers wanting to introduce coding to their classrooms while making it fun.
