EXPERIENCE SIPALAY!

This video is about a place called Sipalay. A city in Negros Occidental, Philippines. A simple paradise if you just want to relax and unwind. The place is very unique because they have hills like Bohol's Chocolate Hills but beside the bodies of water (sea and river). Moreover, they have beautiful beaches, although not as white (sand) as Palawan, but the quality is very nice.
